Refund Policy
At Haus of Verlena, we want you to love every piece you choose. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its original packaging.
Because many of our pieces are created specifically for each client, custom jewelry, personalized designs, engraved items, and special orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hausofverlena.com so we can make it right.
