Shipping Policy
At Haus of Verlena, every order is prepared with the same attention to detail as the jewelry itself. From our signature collections to custom creations, each piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to arrive in excellent condition.
Most in-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time, and an estimated completion date will be provided before your order is finalized.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Although we work with trusted carriers, unexpected delays can occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may result in additional shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hausofverlena.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
